12 - 0.5 tsp black pepper
13 - 0.5 tsp dried Italian herbs

# How To Make It:

01 - Place chicken breasts evenly in the slow cooker base.
02 - Sprinkle salt, black pepper, Italian herbs, and nutmeg over the chicken. Add minced garlic evenly.
03 - Pour in heavy cream and whole milk. Distribute unsalted butter pieces and cubed cream cheese atop the chicken.
04 - Cover and cook on LOW heat for 3 hours, until chicken is thoroughly cooked and tender enough to shred.
05 - Remove chicken from slow cooker, shred with two forks, then return shredded chicken to the slow cooker.
06 - Stir in uncooked pasta, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, and frozen peas if desired. Mix thoroughly to combine.
07 - Cover and cook on HIGH for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring halfway, until pasta is tender and sauce is creamy.
