02 - Thread fruit onto 8 wooden skewers in rainbow order: strawberry, orange, pineapple, green grape, blueberry, red grape.
03 - In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, honey, lime juice, and lime zest until smooth.
04 - Arrange fruit kabobs on a serving platter. Serve with the yogurt dip on the side.

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • Kids actually get excited to eat fruit when it's threaded onto a stick and arranged like edible art.
  • The honey-lime yogurt dip tastes like a little vacation in a bowl, creamy and bright at the same time.
  • You can make these in under twenty minutes with zero cooking, which means your kitchen stays cool and your stress stays low.
02 -
  • If you thread fruit too tightly against each other, it bruises and starts leaking juice all over your platter within an hour.
  • The dip tastes noticeably better if you add the lime zest last and don't overmix; you want to see those green specks, not have them disappear into the yogurt.
03 -
  • Push each piece of fruit toward the center of the skewer rather than leaving it loose at the tip; this prevents wobbling and keeps everything looking intentional.
  • If you're serving these outside on a warm day, nestle the skewers into a block of ice or keep them in a cooler until the moment your guests arrive.
