01 - 1 cup frozen tart cherries, pitted
02 - 1 ripe banana, sliced, fresh or frozen

→ Dairy/Alternatives

03 - 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, or plant-based yogurt for dairy-free

→ Liquid

04 - 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

→ Nuts & Flavor

05 - 2 tablespoons almond butter

→ Sweetener

06 - 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup, optional, adjust to taste

# How To Make It:

01 - Place frozen cherries, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, almond butter, and maple syrup into blender canister.
02 - Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, approximately 1 minute. Stop and scrape down sides if needed to ensure even consistency.
