→ Turkey
01 - 7 oz sliced deli turkey breast
→ Filling (Optional)
02 - 4 tbsp cream cheese or herbed cheese spread
03 - 8 thin cucumber sticks
04 - 8 thin red bell pepper strips
→ Garnish
05 - Fresh chives or parsley, chopped (optional)
# How To Make It:
01 - Lay the turkey slices flat on a clean cutting board.
02 - Spread approximately 1 tablespoon of cream cheese on each turkey slice if desired.
03 - Place two cucumber sticks and two red bell pepper strips at one end of each turkey slice.
04 - Roll each turkey slice tightly around the fillings to form compact rolls.
05 - Stack the rolled turkey slices on a serving plate and garnish with chopped chives or parsley if preferred. Serve immediately or refrigerate until needed.
